Accessibility Statement

Last Reviewed: 9/2/2026

Soulshine Studio wants everyone—including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on voice control, or need higher-contrast text—to be able to use soulshinestudio.co and learn about our creations without unnecessary barriers.

Our Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our working standard—the technical benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites and digital services. Meeting an accessibility standard is ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox, and we treat it that way: as something we keep testing, reviewing, and improving.

What We've Done

Following an accessibility review in September 2026, we made a round of concrete fixes across the site, including:

  • A "Skip to main content" link and a proper main content landmark on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader visitors aren't forced through the full navigation on every page load
  • Darkened text colors so that body copy, labels, and footer text meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio WCAG 2.2 AA requires
  • A corrected heading structure on the Collection page so headings step down in order instead of skipping levels
  • A keyboard-accessible mobile menu, including closing it with the Escape key and returning focus to the menu button afterward
  • Contact form fields that are marked as required both visually and programmatically, so assistive technology announces them correctly

We also aim for meaningful image alternative text throughout, visible keyboard focus states on interactive elements, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Known Limitations

We're not aware of every barrier that might exist, and we haven't independently verified every page with a screen reader on every device. If something on this site is hard to use, we want to know—see "Report an Issue" below.

This statement covers the Soulshine Studio website itself (soulshinestudio.co). The individual apps and platforms featured in our Collection—including Soulshine Wellness Co. and every other creation—are separate products with their own codebases and their own accessibility posture, which this statement doesn't cover.

Report an Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on soulshinestudio.co, please tell us. Use the contact form and choose "Accessibility" as the topic, or email us directly at hello@soulshinestudio.co. Please include the page you were on and, if you can, what assistive technology or browser you were using—it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster. We read every message and will do our best to respond and address real barriers promptly.

A Note on This Statement

This statement describes a good-faith, ongoing effort toward WCAG 2.2 AA and is not a legal certification of compliance. The ADA does not currently have one detailed technical web regulation; WCAG is the benchmark most commonly used to evaluate accessibility in practice.
